X Factor Fahsion round up...

My absolute FAVOURITE part of the X Factor shows is seeing what beauties the two female judges have on and deciding which is better!!!

Last season it seemed Dannii and Cheryl were very much in competition, but this year Dannii has opted for a more mature, refined look and very ladylike (well, she is a mom now!) which makes the two of them popular with a very different audience.

Cheryl's choices range from cut out maxis, to lacy mini's.

Here's the pics of Dannii and Chezza from week 1 Saturday right through to last night's week 3 Sunday.

Week 1:

I ADORED Cheryl's lacey number (Zuhair Murad) and up do, she looked elegant but still sexy.

I wasn't keen on Dannii's hair but that belted dress (her very own Project D) made her waist look TINY. How long ago did this woman give birth? AMAZING!

I think Dannii's dress ( J'Aton Couture) and lippy made her look BEAUTIFUL, Cheryl's outfit was a little plain for my liking (Daniel Vosovic asymmetric black) although I do love the bow shoes by Valentino, they hide her cankles well.  

Week 2:

 Not really feeling Cheryl's Azarro jumpsuit and Miu Miu heels, it's all abit blah!

Danii went for a Vicky Beckham dress, which unfortunately we've all seen the Posh one wear herself already.

What's this I see...Cheryl rocking THE SAME PAIR OF SHOES???

Cheryl went short and sweet in a pleat-skirted minidress by Versus with cut-out design and those Valetino heels again! I love this dress. River I has a similar styled one in gold brocade btw! Dannii was very ladylike and refined in lace and velvet (2 jey trends for A/W 2010). Dress by Antonio Berardi.

Week 3:

This is my fave Chezza look so far: stunning in a nude cut-out maxi with knot twist at the front. I'm really not feeling the extensions this year though and she does look a bit straight up and down no? The dress is by HMH Couture.

Dannii went simple and elegant in a royal blue (another VB dress!) and even she has repeated her shoes - nude courts are clearly her fave, great for elongating the legs though I suppose!

Ok I LOVED this dress and shoes from Cheryl (Kristian Aadnevik minidress), paired with Nicholas Kirkwood mid-calf boots (I LOVE Nicholas Kirkwood) but the greasy extensions and OTT eye make-up let the side down.

I'm not keen on Dannii's prom dress from Dolce & Gabbana but she pulled it off nonetheless.

Incidentally, I went to an online vote on the Marie Claire website which pitted the two against each other and for EVRY SINGLE outift, Dannii won the voting by a LONG WAY. Interesting.

English rose Chezza covers the next edition of Vogue, her second one now!

Not sure I'm 100% feeling this one!
But good old Cheryl did the shoot jusr 24 hours before being diagnosed with Malaria....how can she still look so good?! lol

She says of Ashley in the interview....
"I've got to take everything that's happened and learn from it. I accept that that's a chapter of my life that's finished. And I've just got to be grateful that I've got so many good things going on. I have. And there's no small children you know?"

Cherly's got Malaria... what? She didn't have her jabs?!!!

Update on yesterday's blog....the 'severe exhaustion' that caused Chezza to collapse at a photoshoot on Sat is actually MALARIA....which it seems she caught on a recent trip to Tanzania with her lil dancer bf Derek (we don't approve).

Now I don't know about you, but if I were travelling to Africa I would have booked in for some shots, doesn't she have a PA to do that stuff for her?!

Apparently, she was taking malaria tablets....ok. Well anyway, her spokesperson has confirmed she's been diagnosed with the Mosi bite illness and she's being treated.

Let's hope she gets sorted out quickly....we'll miss her on X Factor!!!

Isle Of Disco..... fun fun fun!!!!

This Saturday the infamous 'Isle Of Disco' event returns to The Cross in Moseley for a one off summer party......time to turn up the Disco Heat!!

It's the 'Summer Disco Ball' party celebrating the spirit and sound of 70's & 80's disco. They promise funky, soulful, uplifting and sometimes down right weird tracks that you know and love!

Isle Of Disco residents Bolando & Tan will be digging through their disco crates for your musical pleasure and the best thing about it is: IT'S FREEEEEEE, yes completely and utterly freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee, now, where else in Brum does that?!

According to facebook, they won't be doing another event until OCTOBER so there's no excuse....get down there on Sat peeps .... don't forget your disco ball earrings (Cheryl Cole stylee) peep some versions below!

Cheryl Cole collapses.... it was only a matter of time

Do you know how long I have been expecting something like this? It's a shame to see it though.....

Our fave Geordie lass Cherly Cole collapsed at a photo shoot for her new album over the weekend and doctors say she is suffering from 'severe exhaustion'

Apparently she has been working relentless 18 hours days since splitting with that pr*ck Ashley Cole which has lead to a rapid decline in her health (obvs).

 Sources at the shoot were stunned when the beauty arrived looking "washed-out" and "gaunt" :-(

Despite having high temp and nausea she insisted on going ahead with the shoot, but halfway through she collapsed to the floor and 'was out for a few seconds'.

A doctor was called the shoot in north London and has ordered her to rest. She has been forced to pull out of the X Factor auditions filming 'until further notice'.

Chez's album is set for release in October...get well soon girl
