Keri Hilson's talking out on her raunchy new vid 'The Way You Love Me' and defending her decision to go so nekked....! She sat down with Angie Martinez on Hot 97 and said the following:

“I’m just saying what women really think and feel and if I’m gonna be honest about myself, I have to show that side of myself. You can’t have a song talking about what it’s talking about and not show a little more. It’s a love story really.”

“Even though it’s gotten crazy, crazy, crazy bad reviews, it’s also gotten some great reviews from women who respect it and women who did feel empowered by it. So that, to me, overshadowed the ones that didn’t understand it. I feel good.”

Hmm, not sure I felt 'empowered' after watching the vid but hey ho...
“Look, sometimes, this is what we want. If I’m in a room and I’m writing from a girl’s perspective, I may be a small percentage of a freak, but I am a freak! There’s a time to be that. I forgot to tell you all about their show I went to in Brum....it was withouth doubt, the BEST (ok after Teedra's conecrt) concert I have EVER been to, and I been to ALOT. They performed tracks from their joint album 'Distant Relatives' (which if you haven't been and bought yet SHAME ON YOU!) plus some solo tracks, and Jr Gong even performed some of his Dads tunes....MASSIVE. The vibe was amazing, a real mixed crowd.

P.s Shouts to the flag guy...he must have some STRONG shoulders man!! he didn't stop all night!!

The vid for T.I ft Miss Keri baby has been released. I like it, ok so there's nothing remarkable about it: a lot of Keri and T.I singing and dancing to camera, a story of a couple in love and a nice lil cameo from T.I's real life boo 'Tiny'.....but it's cute!

I heart: Keri's purple lipstick, T.I's geek look in the pink jumper and glasses, I don't like: Keri's writhing around...it looks weird.
