So Aggy attended a press call in Tokyo to promote her new (god-awful) movie 'Burlesque' and whilst waving to fans, was papped with a distinctive scar in her armpit...
According to The Daily Mail: the inch-long scar line is a sure-fire sign that she's gone under the knife, as it’s a common result of 'transaxillary endoscopic breast augmentation'.
In this procedure, implants are placed through an armpit incision to avoid scarring the breast...nice.
