HOT 97 LEGEND AND FORMER OFFICIAL DJ FOR NOTORIOUS B.I.G 'MISTER CEE' has put himself in the spotlight on some seriously reputation damaging charges....
He was arrested last week in NYC for lewd sexualconduct when police officers found him receiving fellatio (head) from another MAN inside his car.
The man is reportedly a 20 year old from the NYC area.
Could this be the end of Mister Cee's career? We all know how the Hip Hop community react to homosexuality, right or wrong.....
